PAIA Manual

Manual in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), read with POPIA · Last updated 8 June 2026

This manual explains how to request access to records held by Avolvia (Pty) Ltd, and the records we hold. It is published in compliance with PAIA and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Some records are subject to mandatory protection or grounds for refusal under PAIA (e.g. third-party personal information, commercial confidentiality, legal privilege).

4. How to request a record

5. Fees

Requests for access (other than to your own personal information) may be subject to a request fee and an access fee as prescribed under PAIA. We will notify you of any fee before processing.

6. Processing & timelines

We will respond within the periods prescribed by PAIA (generally 30 days, extendable in limited circumstances). We may refuse access on grounds permitted by PAIA and will give reasons and your remedies, including the right to complain to the Information Regulator or apply to court.
