Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026 · Avolvia (Pty) Ltd

Avolvia (Pty) Ltd ("Avolvia", "we", "us") operates the RevARC platform, Avolvia Mail, the Abby AI voice agent, and related AI training and implementation services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and, where applicable, Canada's privacy and anti-spam laws (PIPEDA and CASL).

3. Why we process it (purpose & lawful basis)

4. Voice AI (Abby) and call recording

When you submit your details on a RevARC or ai.avolvia.app landing or booking page, you must tick a consent box agreeing to be contacted, including by an automated AI voice agent (Abby) and to that call being recorded. We record and store that consent (the wording shown, and the date and time). Only where consent is given may you receive an automated call, typically within a short period. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to qualify the enquiry, schedule meetings, and improve service quality. If you ask during a call whether you are speaking to an AI, we will confirm it. You may end the call, withdraw consent, or ask not to be contacted at any time, including by replying to any message or emailing our Information Officer.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Some sub-processors may process data outside South Africa. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we ensure a comparable level of protection as required by POPIA.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Lead and call records are retained for the life of the business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

7. How we protect your information

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access to systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the Information Regulator of a compromise where the law requires.

8. Your POPIA rights (South Africa)
